Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kvitberg Marketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

Kvitberg Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Website development and conversion optimization
• Marketing automation and performance systems
• Local visibility and SEO services
• Strategy consulting and implementation

User Obligations

• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each project. Services are billed according to the scope and terms outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. Kvitberg Marketing retains ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies used in service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Kvitberg Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage parties to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Norwegian law.

Changes to Terms
